Our nursery partners operate in full compliance with California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations, maintaining rigorous standards for plant health, genetic integrity, and biosecurity. All nursery activity is conducted exclusively by properly licensed operators within the scope of their respective licenses.
This onboarding program is designed for California-licensed nursery operators seeking to expand lawful distribution of clones and immature plants through an existing non-storefront Type 9 cannabis delivery license, in accordance with California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations. Participation is limited to active, properly licensed nurseries in good standing. All cannabis activity remains conducted by licensed entities within the scope of their respective licenses.
Clones and immature cannabis plants may be delivered to qualified adult consumers for personal cultivation through a California-licensed non-storefront Type 9 delivery operator, where permitted by state and local law.
